A place to live. A place to eat. A place to learn. The people of Agua Prieta, Mexico often go without these basic human needs, so our greatest focus has been raising capital to build a much-needed infrastructure. The centerpiece of those efforts has been a neighborhood called Vecinos Dignos sin Fronteras, which means “Worthy Neighbors Without Borders.”

Vecinos is the largest Rancho Feliz building project, stretching across 3.5 acres and including 42 homes, a 10,000 square foot childcare facility, a 5,000 square foot education/recreation building, 4 interior parks and a sport court. To live here, each homeowner gives back by making affordable payments, performing service work within the community and keeping their children in school.
